Terms and Conditions of Service

Welcome to studio.ictmatrics.com (Studio ICTMatrics, ICT Matrics, we, us, or our). These Terms & Conditions (Terms) govern your use of our website, services, and digital deliverables. By purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of Services

studio.ictmatrics.com provides e-commerce digital design, content creation, brand identity, and technical audit services. Our offerings include, but are not limited to: Product Descriptions: Conversion-focused descriptions for e-commerce stores and social commerce. Ecom Showcards & Banner Ads: Digital showcase assets and ad banners optimized for marketing platforms. Ecom Image & Video Modeling: AI-assisted product modeling photography and high-impact short video assets. Social Media & Graphic Design: Custom graphic assets, copywriting, and cohesive visual content. Landing Page & Web Design: High-converting landing page layouts and web design assets. Logo Design & Branding: Brand identity creation, including 3 initial concepts and 1 round of revisions. Website Detail Audit: UX, technical performance, and competitor comparative evaluations. SEO Content Writing: Website copy tailored for organic visibility (approx. 500 words per page).

Service Level Agreements (SLAs) & Turnaround Times

Deliverables are produced within the standard Service Level Agreement (SLA) specified for each service (typically 24 hours to 48 hours). Delivery timelines commence only after complete and accurate client inputs, brand assets, and required specifications are submitted. Delays caused by incomplete inputs, late feedback, or delayed client approvals shall extend the delivery SLA accordingly.

Pricing & Payment Terms

All service rates are billed according to the agreed prices listed on studio.ictmatrics.com at the time of order placement. Payments must be settled in full prior to project commencement or delivery of finalized assets, unless an alternative payment arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to modify service rates and SLA commitments with prior notice on our platform. Once an order is placed, the service amount will be escrowed and once the customer approves the job it will be released as paid. If the job is not approved by the customer within 7 days from delivery, it will be automatically approved. Once the wallet is reloaded, it will not be refunded as cash in normal circumstances. Tax bills will be issued once a month for the orders approved in that month.

Revisions & Deliverable Acceptance

Specific revision allowances apply as defined per service (e.g., Logo Design includes 3 initial options and 1 revision round). Any additional revisions, major structural changes, or out-of-scope requests beyond the agreed specifications will incur additional fees at standard hourly or service rates. Clients must review and report any errors or discrepancies within 7 business days of delivery. Upon expiration of this period without written feedback, deliverables shall be deemed accepted. If any revision is needed, the customer should request a revision of the job with a comment through the related order. The revision request should be requested before the job/order is approved. Once the order/job is approved, a revision request cannot be placed.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full payment, the client receives exclusive rights and ownership of final deliverables created specifically for their order. studio.ictmatrics.com retains ownership of proprietary processes, AI modeling frameworks, internal templates, and raw work files unless otherwise agreed. The client warrants that all text, images, logos, and materials provided to studio.ictmatrics.com do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or copyright.

Limitation of Liability

studio.ictmatrics.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our deliverables, including loss of revenue, sales, or business reputation. Total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fee paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Termination & Cancellation

Either party may terminate a service agreement prior to project commencement upon written notice. Once work on an order has commenced, cancellations or refunds will be processed based on the proportion of work completed up to the date of cancellation notice.
